| (1) (BI-DIRECTIONAL SWITCH OPTIONAL) Belt
cannot be operated, in either direction, from any of the control stations. |
a. Fuse F1 (Control Trans.) blown. |
a. Replace fuse F1 on Master Control Panel.

b. Belt overload relay tripped or defective.
|
b. Reset or replace belt overload relay. |
|
c. Object sitting on load
roller (if supplied). |
c. Remove object sitting on
load roller. |

d. Defective motor starter. |
d. Replace motor starter. |
| |
e. Defective motor. |
e. Replace motor. |
| |
f. Chain Drive broken. |
f. Repair or replace chain drive. |
| |
g. Defective power cable or cable reel.

g. Repair or replace cable or reel. Locate
problem area first. |
| (2) Conveyor belt cannot be operated from
a single switch control station, operation from other stations appears
normal. |
a. Defective belt "START" pushbuttonv

a. Replace defective "START" pushbutton
switch. |

b. Defective control circuit wiring. |
b. Repair or replace control circuit wiring
as necessary. |
| (3) Conveyor belt. will operate in one
direction only from any of the control stations. |
a. Defective LOAD-UNLOAD switch. |
a. Replace LOAD-UNLOAD switch. |

b. Defective Reversing Motor Starter.
